Why we remain healthy & fit??

 Everyone of us is facing several disease & body disorders.May be some are quite fit & healthy.The point is that why the remain healthy & fit.I will explain some reasons why they remain healthful.
1.Most of us don't get up early in the morning.It is saying by wise men;


      Early to bed and early to rise
        makes a man healthy,wealthy
        and wise.

Many people claims that they were sleeping till midnight.This is not for healthy life.Late night sleeping habit will sick you.
2.Due to late awaken,most of us do not take exercise & morning walk.This is also causes idle life.Without morning walk,man feels stress & uncomfortable.
3.Mostly rich people use cooked & fast foods.Actually,they want to show that they are eating the best things.But they not know that these cooked & oily things will sick & ill them.Thus,if we want to live a healthful & happy life,we must use simple & oilless food.
4.Many people are very busy.They busy too much even they cannot eat peacefully.This leads a unnormal life.We should busy enough to live better.
